Sequential simulated moving bed chromatographic separation technology (SSMB), is based on different substances in the system composed of stationary phase and mobile phase have different distribution coefficient, in the use of mobile phase elution process presents different retention time, so as to realize separation. At present, the continuous chromatographic separation technology has achieved mature industrialization. In addition to the actual moving bed, there is another simulated moving bed that can be applied. At present, the industrial SSMB system of our company adopts an electromagnetic valve group to simulate the actual switching effect of the Resin column of the moving bed, i.e. the Resin column does not move, while the inlet and outlet are controlled by the program valve to open or close the inlet and outlet to the corresponding Resin column.
